    I usually buy the size 39 at Ecco, but this model was too big and also a heel seemed quite uncomfortable while walking. I returned it. I'd like to mention the shop assistant at Ecco Vaňkovka Brno was really arrogant, unfriendly and disrespectful when I returned the shoes. It happened on 25/5/2020 at 16:50. Usually, there are two assistants in the shop, now there was only one and told me that I had to wait for her colleague to come later because she was busy with another lady trying on shoes. The lady herself claimed she didn't need any help and was happy to keep on trying while the shop assistant would deal with my return. It didn't happen, and I was ignored entirely for 12 minutes till another assistant came and taught the first one how to deal with returns. On top of that, I was refused to be given a return confirmation even though this kind of receipt was given automatically in a previous case. The store management may like to learn how unfriendly some employees are to customers.
